Cynthia Shelby, MD
Medical Director
Cynthia Shelby's passion is to come alongside struggling men and women, strengthen marriages, and resolve parenting challenges. She also helps individuals and families find strength and hope in dealing with codependency and addiction.
Donnell Hadley

Donnell Hadley is a leading professional in strengthening marriages and families, developing teens, guiding men, and leading individuals out of addiction. A gifted communicator, Stephen has taught and conducted seminars for organizations and churches .
Su Berryman
Clinical Director
Nancy Sadock is a leading professional in strengthening marriages, equipping parents, and managing life transitions. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with substance abuse and mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and bereavement. Having worked closely with a psychiatrist in a psychiatric clinic, she is familiar with psychiatric medications.
Giorgio Cervántez
Primary Therapist
Giorgio Cervántez is adept in the treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns including mood disorders, trauma, OCD, sleep disturbances, and sexual dysfunctions. She has extensive training in Integrated Behavioral Health, working collaboratively with primary care physicians and psychiatrists on multidisciplinary teams to address the bidirectional and complex comorbidities of mental and medical health disorders that emerge with diabetes, chronic pain, headaches, and sleep disturbance.
Randall Jones
Primary Therapist
Randall Jones counsels and collaborates with clients to help them adjust to a new life stage or changing dynamics in relationships, and has a heartfelt connection for families struggling with miscarriage, stillbirth, and postpartum anxiety and depression. She holds certifications from the Seleni Institute, Postpartum Support International, and Postpartum Stress Center.
